The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the daily administrative activities of the IT department, from processing invoicing for cost allocation to coordinating mobile devices purchasing. Effectively resolve problems be organized and have great attention to detail. Your focus on quality and customer service will be paramount. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to review incoming IT invoices for accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Follow up on credits and RMA's.
  • Responsible for coordinating with accounting/finance for hardware cost allocations.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing telephone and internet service agreements and renewals.
  • Responsible for administrating photocopies, multifunction printers and plotter service agreements
  • Manage printer toner inventory and replacement requests.
  • Responsible to maintain accurate desktop/laptop inventory and cost allocation.
  • Responsible for the procurement and management of iPhones, iPads & accessories
  • Provide additional duties as required by management. Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with other IT team members and business teammates of all levels.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to plan, manage and ultimately deliver multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster interdepartmental relationships.
  • Basic understanding of MS Navision is considered an asset.
  • Experience with IOS troubleshooting and setup in a business environment is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of wired am mobile telephone services in Canada and US is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of business internet services is considered an asset.
  • Experience with negotiating and understanding basic IT service agreements is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of software licensing processes and subscriptions is considered an asset. This is not a fully remote position. During the training period this position will be solely in office, and following training, will move to a hybrid position. Benefits
