As a Sales Consultant, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales – learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence
- Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
- Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
- Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate
- Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
- Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity
