As the Learning Experience Designer you will design and develop engaging learning experiences, programs and performance support resources. You will be responsible to curate high-quality content, provide learning solutions to meet strategic objectives and lead practice techniques that create a positive learner experience.
How You Will Create Impact
- Collaborating with the team to define proficiencies, map learning paths and recommend solutions, including program research, plan design and content curation.
- Participating in the development of topic-specific learning outcomes and determining appropriate instructional methods for identified audiences.
- Designing storyboards and instructional strategies for program elements and incorporating formal and informal methodologies to build the learner experience.
- Contributing to the development of best practices and processes, including updating learning & development programs and resources, composing course content and formatting materials.
- Conducting the review, testing and editorial processes for program elements and assisting with the development of tools used to evaluate learning effectiveness and the business impact of learning programs.

To Join Our Team
- You have three years of experience in the eLearning and development environment, including experience creating learning programs and in group presentation or training delivery.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in a related discipline.
- You have an Adult Learning Design certification.
- You have working knowledge of adult learning theory and blended learning strategies, including formal instruction and workplace learning.
