Key Role Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls, emails and chats regarding products
• Respond to consumer calls and get trained to respond to business calls
• Handle quality calls not quantity of calls, no time limit to help customers
• Maintain strong business relationships

Required Experience:

• 1-5  years in customer service, consumer response
• Strong computer competency
• Can do attitude!
• Enthusiasm to join a winning team
• Strong language skills in both French and English (Bilingual is a must and will be tested)
