We are hiring Customer Care Representatives in our various stores. This contract role will work between 24 and 40 hours per week in our Retail locations.

Position Details
In This Role You Will Be Doing Things Like
- Passport photos, selling memberships, tour books
- Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents
- Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols
- Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents
- Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
- Support with Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments. ( eg. Verify Travel invoice with Client files)
- Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements
