Eligibility Requirements
Before applying for the 2024 Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship, applicants should consider the following criteria:
- All applicants must be affiliated with or accepted by an eligible Irish higher education institution or research-performing organization.
- Applications must be submitted in either English or Irish.
- There is no age restriction for eligibility.
- Applicants are ineligible if they have had two previous unsuccessful applications to the program, including those under strategic partner themes, regardless of any changes in the host institution or research topic since previous submissions.
