Position: Human Resources Specialist / Business Partner

Location: Zurich

Overview:

Our client is a leading global industrial group with offices and staff worldwide. Following expansion we are searching for a Human Resources Specialist to be based in the Zurich office. The position will be responsible for the whole array of HR functions with particular focus on business partnering.

Responsibilities Include:

• HR Specialist / Business partner working with various Business Units
• Combination of strategic and operational HR
• Responsible for advising / coaching Senior Management and employees on all HR matters
• HR Projects, change and transformation – part of the team developing and implementing world class HR strategies across the company
• Working closely with HR colleagues in Switzerland and Europe
• Providing the business units with professional HR advice and support both strategic and operational
• Responsible for driving HR including Talent management, Performance reviews and OD
• Reporting to the Head of HR and supporting various other business leaders

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent
• At least 4 years HR experience in an international and dynamic environment – preference for industrial, manufacturing, supply chain organisations…
• Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing a world class HR function
• Experience working with Swiss and international labour laws
• Excellent business partnering skills and ability to work with senior management and employees
• HR projects experience
• Fluent German and good English
• Great personality and sense of fun!
