• CALLING ALL MATERIAL HANDLERS AND PRODUCTION WORKERS*
• Our client in St. Thomas is hiring for general **labourers and material handlers for the assembly and packaging of copper tube products.*
• Description:* We are hiring material handlers for a copper tube manufacturer in St. Thomas, Ontario. Candidates main responsibility will be material handling/shipping and receiving duties using a forklift. However, candidates must also be open to labour duties related to the assembly and packaging of copper tube products including assembling copper tube and foam assembly for air-conditioning units. More specific duties will include assembling tubes, setting up machines, loading coils of copper tube, packaging finished products in cardboard.
• Qualifications:*
• Ability to lift 25lbs and on rare occasion up to 50lbs
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/similar environment
• 6 months' experience of forklift operation
• Shift & Wage:*
• This is a 3 shift rotation every 2 weeks
• Days- 8AM-4PM, $20.41/hour
• Afts- 4PM-12AM, $21.41/hour
• Midnights- 12AM-8AM, $21.41/hour
