Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services to clients.
- Clean, shape, and trim nails to achieve the desired length and shape.
- Apply nail polish, gel, or acrylic nails with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform nail treatments such as cuticle care, buffing, and exfoliation to promote nail health and appearance.
- Provide hand and foot massages to enhance the relaxation and pampering experience for clients.
- Offer guidance and recommendations to clients on nail care, including proper nail maintenance and home care routines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and nail art to offer a wide range of options to clients.
- Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment by sterilizing tools and equipment and maintaining proper hygiene practices.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, establishing a loyal customer base.
- Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage the salon’s appointment system effectively.
- Collaborate with other salon staff members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Nail Care Technician or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail enhancements.
- Proficiency in applying nail polish, gel, and acrylic nails with precision and attention to detail.
- Understanding of nail health and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Creativity and artistic skills to offer a wide range of nail art designs and styles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician (requirements may vary by location).
