Responsibilities:
- Comply with all EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions in place
- Retrieve and move material with the jigger lift truck
- Furnish the rolls necessary for production
- Account for the material in the inventory and any that they take out for production from in process (bulk flush)
- Assist the operators in lifting boxes of finished goods and place on skid
- Remove the waste material from the machines, empty garbage cans of the plastic and place in the regrind area
- Weigh the cages of waste plastic
- Assist the mechanic in set ups and is some instances do some alone
- Handle various tools and material
- Maintain clean premises in the production area and around the machines
- Perform all other jobs or tasks as assigned by the lead hand.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as a team player
- Some heavy lifting required.
Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour
Evening shift premium: $0.65/hour
Evening shift: 3pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday)
